Shipping & Delivery
You can now shop online and get the products deliver to your doorstep. Currently, delivery service is available for purchases within Malaysia (ie. Peninsular & East Malaysia) only. We reserve the right to deploy different delivery methods to certain destinations should it consider more appropriate.
For door-to-door courier delivery, shipping charges below applies unless otherwise stated:

Delivery time frame stated below are for reference only. Transit time can be varied due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, festive periods, sales promotion period which may cause delays.

Shipping Rules & Restrictions
- Delivery to a P.O. Box is not permitted.
- Should the product(s) you ordered is out of stocks, our customer service representative will contact you to make alternate arrangements.
- Delivery hours are between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday and 8:30 am to 1.00 pm on Saturday.
- Changes to shipping and billing address will not be entertained after order confirmation has been sent.
- Should you discover any damage on the product(s) upon receipt of the parcel, kindly contact our customer service representative at cs@luxesure.my for assistance.
- Should there be a return, or exchange of product(s) needed, kindly refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
